1. Your reservation (by phone or online reservation form) must be received by Sunday, August 8, 2010 by 8:00 PM. Otherwise a $5.00 late reservation fee will be charged.

2. Please mail your check to the address below. It must be postmarked by Friday, August 6, 2010, in order to be received by Monday, August 9, 2010.
