1.  Your reservation (by phone or online reservation form) must be received by Friday February 10, 2012 by 8:00 p.m otherwise a $5.00 late reservation fee will be charged.

2.  Please mail your check to the address below.  It must be postmarked by Friday February 10, 2012, in order to be received by Monday, February 13, 2012.
