Reservation & Payment Information

1.  Your reservation (by phone or online reservation form) must be received by Sunday, November 8, 2009 by 8:00 PM. Otherwise a $5.00 late reservation fee will be charged. 

 

2.  Please mail your check to the address below. It must be postmarked by Friday, November 6, 2009, in order to be received by Monday, November 9, 2009.

3.  If you make a reservation and your plans change, please cancel your reservation by either calling 828-9627 or sending an e-mail  to us. Any reservation not cancelled by 8:00 PM on November 8, 2009, will be charged to you.
